Allergies, intolerances and lifestyle changes have made it difficult to enjoy the foods we love. Food restrictions can really limit your choices and make everyday meals boring.
I say you can have it all! I believe we can still have the flavors we love and still keep within our dietary or lifestyle needs. Every month I will pick a recipe challenge and convert it from naughty to nice. What dishes do you crave but can no longer have? Are there high fat dishes you want to make low fat? Did you go from carnivore to vegetarian? Gluten is no longer an option? Is dairy a no no?
